Responsibilities:

  • Manage 300-500 inbound and outbound calls on high-volume days, and 100-200 calls on quieter days, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring each interaction is professional and memorable.
  • Evaluate and qualify prospective customers for various financial programs, collecting and verifying client information.
  • Use prescribed scripts and training materials to handle objections, provide detailed information, and persuasively complete applications for clients.
  • Direct qualified clients to Debt/Loan Consultants with a detailed summary of their qualifications to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Set and achieve performance targets, meeting defined benchmarks for success while fostering teamwork through active participation in team activities, competitions, and incentive programs.




Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center or a role involving handling high call volumes (e.g., front desk).
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace or similar platforms.
  • Experience with a CRM for managing leads and documenting conversations.
  • Ability to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office (Remote work is not an option).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to set and achieve performance goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.



*This position is in-house located in our Irvine, California office.

*Compensation is $18.00 per hour + commission.
