Role Overview

The Jr. Scheduler will be responsible for assisting in the planning and scheduling of construction projects. This role supports the project management team in ensuring efficient timelines, tracking project milestones, and optimizing schedules. The Jr. Scheduler will work closely with project managers and field teams to align resources and manage project schedules effectively.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using scheduling software.
  • Support project teams in identifying scheduling conflicts and proposing solutio
  • Track project progress and update schedules to reflect changes.
  • Generate regular reports on project timelines, completion estimates, and potential delays.
  • Coordinate with project managers to adjust schedules based on evolving project requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of project schedules, updates, and any adjustments ma
  • Analyze schedule data to identify critical path activities and potential project risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project schedules.


Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in scheduling within the public or construction industry or with a general contractors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fields.
  • Basic proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction scheduling or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with construction project workflows and industry standards.
