Job Summary

We are looking for a DSP Sourcing Specialist to join our logistics team! This role involves sourcing Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) nationwide and managing relationships to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing DSPs: Identify and source potential DSPs across the country.
• Qualification Checks: Conduct thorough qualification and compliance reviews.
• Reputation Investigation: Assess the business reputation of prospective DSPs.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with DSPs.
• Contract Oversight: Negotiate and manage contracts with DSPs.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth DSP integration.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate service prices effectively.
• Daily Management: Support daily operations of DSPs and ensure performance standards.
• Cultural Integration: Educate DSPs on company culture and policies.
• Payment Terms: Ensure compliance with payment terms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Analys or related field prefer.
• Experience in Logistics industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
