Senior Administrative Analyst – Facility Contracts Administrator

6 month Assignment (Hybrid)

Location: Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters

Pay Rate: $54-$60/hr. doe


On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Administrative Analyst – Facility Contracts Administrator to support oversee the administration and management of facility assets, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and residences. Key responsibilities include managing vendor and contractor relationships, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring quality control, and supporting high-level events hosted at the headquarters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer maintenance and operational services for facility assets, ensuring compliance with contract specifications company standards.
  • Oversee facility management service and supplier contracts, including planning, scheduling, and directing contractors and internal maintenance teams for facility construction, operations, and maintenance.
  • Conduct quality control inspections, approve contractor invoices, and maintain accurate schedules and records.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support high-profile events, including board and committee meetings and public agency engagements.
  • Perform periodic assessments of facility operations to recommend and implement cost-effective and efficient improvements.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ of relevant experience, OR
  • Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Two years or more in an MWD Analyst classification.
  • Contract administration/management experience in building/facility maintenance or management.
  • Experience in contract compliance, quality control, specification development, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, and invoice processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of facility management operations, building codes, construction practices, OSHA regulations, and fire/life safety procedures.
