Community Manager

Functioning in various capacities, the role of the Community Manager is centralized around three main areas: Supporting Workplace Experience & Hospitality, Communication and Office Culture. In essence, it is your job to support the Director(s) as well as to service the workplace and ensure that operations are running smoothly.


Primary Responsibilities:

Community Manager

  • Serve as the face and first point of contact for our people and our guests, creating a remarkable experience through exceptional hospitality and visitor coordination
  • Promote a sense of community in our office that embodies compassion by being open, responsive, energetic, and attentive
  • Maintain a personable, helpful, and professional image
  • Be the knowledge center and host of the workplace
  • Collaborate with Community Managers in the region to continue to elevate the employee and client experience
  • Actively participate in regional initiatives, including ESG
  • Welcome M Moser colleagues from other locations
  • Coordinate and communicate with various M Moser groups (HR, IT, Marketing) to order materials and support various activities
  • Service the workplace and ensure that operations are running smoothly.
  • Monitor office supply inventories and coordinate orders and deliveries
  • Facilitate a comfortable and supportive work environment for our people and our guests by offering your attention wherever you see an opportunity
  • Assist with and coordinate all onboarding initiatives locally, taking on a supportive role for our new hires and our hiring managers throughout the process. You will schedule all required meetings ensuring that their early weeks at M Moser are as welcoming, comfortable and as simplified as possible
  • Plan internal and occasional external events and social gatherings to inspire and connect our people and local network
  • Seek for ways for our company to be seen as the best in our market (events, roundtables, community service etc. – ideas are welcomed)
  • Coordinate with the office building management for office maintenance requests and tenant services.
  • Ensure all cleaning and janitorial services provided are satisfactory
  • Coordinate and assign building security access cards/FOBs
  • Ensure business licenses, employee safety certificates, business insurance certificates and business registrations are renewed and up to date


Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant to local Directors, you will take on a range of responsibilities that support day-to-day administrative needs. You will gain exposure to strategic business areas and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Support local Directors day-to-day administrative needs
  • Purchasing and expense tracking, coordination of accounting and administrative procedures
  • Meeting management and coordination: Meeting set up; clarification of agenda and objectives in advance; preparation of participants profiles; note taking and follow up as needed
  • Travel arrangements, including assisting with booking via travel platform as needed
  • Expense report preparation, assist with expense app ass needed
  • Other administrative and support duties as required


Qualifications & Key Competencies

  • Friendly, energetic, flexible, confident and proactive
  • High level of professionalism and ability to perform under pressure
  • Experience providing support to senior executives, including calendar and inbox management, coordinating travel and logistics
  • Strong writing capabilities
  • Strong communication and relationship skills - communicates clearly, both written and verbally, strong listening abilities and asks questions for clarification; works well with others
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PPT, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Organized, strong attention to detail
  • Project management and planning capabilities
  • Ability to function effectively with minimal direction
  • Driven and results-oriented, ability to prioritize
  • Committed and diligent, strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding and appreciative with regards to confidentiality at executive level exposure
