Role: Change Manager

Location: SFO Bay Area (Remote)

Rate: $50-$75 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Here are the skills required:-

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for supply chain business enablement programs

* Engage with stakeholders to identify change impacts, maintain a stakeholder registry, and develop a RACI matrix

* Identify, analyze, and prepare for risk-mitigations and resistance management

* Communicate change impacts and benefits to end-users through creative and multimodal channels (videos, chat, email, posts, team meetings, etc.)

* Keep all stakeholders informed of program progress and change impacts

* Collaborate with change sponsors to spread messaging and host roadshows

* Collect user feedback and build confidence among end-users

* Ensure all end-users are trained and equipped for the future state

* Conduct needs analysis for knowledge deliverables and develop a training and instructional materials plan

* Create instructional modules or work with an instructional designer to develop training content

* Offer change management techniques to program members to facilitate a smooth transition

* Access end-user pulse and desire throughout the program (before, during, and after change implementation)

* Prepare and manage a scorecard to track adoption

* Provide change management methodologies for continuous reinforcement

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in change management and/or project management

* Certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner

* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

* Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions

* Experience with training, instructional design

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in supply chain industry

* Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Salary and Benefits:

Rate: $40-$45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
