About The EinStrong Foundation

The EinStrong Foundation is a US based global non-profit organization that empowers all individuals to participate in initiatives to address climate change, poverty, and social inequality. EinStrong Foundation uniquely executes all of these efforts through a proprietary app called ESi - the EinStrong ID.

EinStrong ID (ESi) is a global identification and empowerment system designed for all adults. ESi combines a biometrically secured ID verification with a basic financial functionality, enabling both individuals and organizations to participate in global aid distribution and local economic exchange. All of these activities can be performed via ESi mobile App or offline physical ID card, ensuring inclusivity even in remote regions of the world.

Our goal with ESi Climate is to allow everyone in the world to have access to a global UBI (Universal Basic Income) program through the ESi App. Through ESi, companies in oil, gas, mining, and other high-emission sectors are charged a clear environmental fee for each unit of resource extracted. These funds are then redistributed equally and transparently to everyone through our ESi App.

We are seeking a purpose-driven and mission-aligned Head of Marketing and PR to elevate our public visibility and awareness of ESi Climate, expand user adoption across the world, and communicate our transformative impact across local and global communities.

Position Summary:

The Head of Marketing and PR will lead all aspects of branding, media outreach, digital communications, and storytelling for ESi Climate and other programs at EinStrong Foundation. This person will shape our narrative, amplify our mission, and build a strong, trust-based reputation with donors, media, partners, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand & Communications Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a compelling marketing and communications plan to increase awareness and support for ESi Climate and the EinStrong Foundation across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Media & PR Outreach:
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, podcasts, social impact media, and influencers to secure earned media, op-eds, interviews, and feature stories.
  • Content & Storytelling:
  • Craft high-impact content, including impact of Climate change, benefits of UBI, ESi Climate campaign messaging, press releases, and digital media posts that communicate our program's mission and outcomes.
  • Digital Presence Management:
  • Manage and grow the organization's website, blog, newsletter, and social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.); ensure content is current, strategic, and emotionally resonant.
  • Campaigns & Event Promotion:
  • Lead marketing efforts for awareness campaigns, educational webinars, and community events—including launch announcements and milestone celebrations.
  • Design & Branding:
  • Ensure visual consistency across all materials, and produce basic graphics (or coordinate with Einstrong design team) for decks, reports, social media, and branded collateral.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Track and report KPIs (reach, engagement, media pickups, etc.) to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize future outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally within nonprofits, social enterprise, or mission-driven startups.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor tone and content to diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing websites, email marketing, and social media channels.
  • Familiarity with media relations and earned media strategy.
  • Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
