Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Office 365, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows PC
• Typing speed of 35 WPM
• Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience with Zoom platform

Overview:
• This role supports one or more mid to senior-level managers in a diverse, complex environment with some customer and executive contact. The position involves administrative activities, managing schedules, orders, invoices, and email, as well as walking around the hospital campus as part of daily responsibilities.

Job Summary:
• The Administrative Support professional will handle more complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing letters and reports, preparing and editing presentations, developing newsletters, and making or recommending purchases. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills and intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage orders, schedules, invoices, and email correspondence
• Compose letters, reports, and develop newsletters
• Prepare and edit presentations
• Manage projects and recommend or make purchase decisions
• Utilize Office 365 applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Coordinate possible ad-hoc meetings at Pasadena (no recurring frequency)
• Walk around the hospital campus as needed

Additional Details:
• Dress Code: Business Casual
• Work Location: Not in a patient access building more than 50% of the time
• Travel: Yes - approximately 5% (possible ad-hoc meetings at Pasadena)
• Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
