Description:

Provides administrative and operational assistance for The Westin Monache. Works with sales, administration, owner relations, and front desk to perform a variety of operational functions. Requirements:High school graduate with at least two years advanced course work in business administration, hotel management, or related fields preferred. Two years of hospitality, administrative, or customer service work-related experience preferred. Must be able to exercise a high degree of confidentiality. Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management whether in person, on the telephone or in writing. Professionalism, strong attention to detail and follow through skills necessary. Knowledge of business machines and computers within a Windows operating system is necessary as well as proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
