A little about the position:

• Installs computer software including applications, utilities, device drivers, and operating systems.
• Setup and install new or existing company computers.
• Effectively troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
• Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action; work cooperatively with users and other personnel.
• Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing; establish and maintain records.
• Assist with small and large scale IT projects.
• Supports department and end users with content filtering, antivirus software and point of sale software.
• Assists with user account administration and email configuration.
• Responsible for computer asset management and inventory.
• Maintains company-wide software licensing documentation.
• Responsible for computer hardware and software purchasing.

Requirements:

This position is required to be onsite at the resort in Mammoth Lakes, CA. This position requires you to be able to meet company requirements to drive company vehicles. This includes and is not limited to having or obtaining a California Drivers License.

• Some college level study in Information Systems (or related field) or at least 2 years working in the IT industry in a comparable position.
• Knowledge of the following is highly desirable: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, Freshservice, Windows 10, Siriusware, basic IP addressing and networking.
• The applicant must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to provide technical support to clients using clear language.
• Must be detail oriented and proficient in working with PC applications in a large networked environment.
• Technical problem-solving skills as well as a desire to accommodate customers service requests is of the upmost importance.
• The applicant for this position should be excited to occasionally work outside in extreme weather conditions while transporting and troubleshooting equipment.

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.51 - $28.79
