What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide methods and solutions to debt borrowers to resolve delinquent accounts
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist borrowers in managing their debt
• Maintain a workload of delinquent accounts and ensure proper follow-up for documentation and payment processing
• Document borrower accounts accurately and notify them of any missing or additional procedures
• Utilize skip tracing techniques to identify borrower contact information while adhering to compliance regulations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
• Previous experience in collections, call center, or customer service is preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
