Be the front-line contact for guests using the valet service for their ski equipment. Essential Duties:Check guest equipment for proper storage and assist with equipment dressing. Provide information and ensure safe equipment storage, answering guest questions. Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor while assisting guests with ski valet services. Help guests with boot fitting and offer guidance to the gondola or hotel. Anticipate and address problems, offering shuttle service when needed. Maintain cleanliness of ski valet area and surrounding spaces. Perform equipment checks, ticket checks, and snow shoveling as necessary. Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues promptly. Monitor weather conditions and update guests on lift closures and hours of operation. Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements:High School Diploma or proficiency in reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
