Join the team that creates and delivers an extraordinary Sno-Go experience. Teaches & guides all levels of snow bike lessons to our guests in the form of private or group experiences. Assist guests with all aspects of snow bike rental process, including the orientation process. Performs maintenance on bikes to meet our service standards, accurately recording information and signatures to manage risk. Requirements:High School GED or equivalent. Experience as a camp councilor, swim coach, day care provider etc are preferred. Experience in bike industry preferred Intermediate or above bike handling skills. Excelent verbal communication skills are needed. An ability to work in a team oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality. Strong mechanical aptitude & ability to problem solving abilities. Operate in a high energy environment & able to lift 40 pounds.
