Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and to support overall quality of our large and quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes.

Details for Maintenance Technician:
• Pay: $20/hr-$24/hr + Mileage Reimbursement!
• Paid Weekly
• Temp-to-hire | Full-time
• Work On-Call for Emergencies

Duties for Maintenance Technician:
• Travel between worksites daily to complete maintenance tasks
• Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and trash removal
• Respond promptly to guest and host maintenance issues and emergencies
• Troubleshoot appliances, cable/wifi, basic HVAC, and light plumbing
• Maintain communication with management, team members, and hosts
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and hosts
• Track and document maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors for specialized work
• Support colleagues with cross-coverage for urgent needs
• Attend required team and individual meetings
• Adapt to changing priorities and additional duties as needed
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle and ability to drive in snow
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy objects
• Ability to climb ladders and work in varied conditions
