Responsible for the development and management of all Sales related elements for Mammoth Resorts and properties leading team to grow sales of group lodging, banquets and catering, and activity sales through third parties. Actively works with the Marketing team, hospitality team, and resort management to exceed company sales goals and objectives. Requirements:Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-7 years of hospitality sales experience, preferably at a resort, hotel group, or destination property. Proven track record of driving revenue and leading successful sales teams. Experience in group business, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), and leisure travel sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of ski industry or mountain resort operations.
