Overview

Charles River CFO, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced, fractional CFO for our client. This is a remote position.

Position Details

• Schedule: 40 hours per week initially through Feb 2025 reducing to 5-10 hours per week.
• Location: Fully Remote
• Start Date: Immediate need

Responsibilities

• Fractional CFO with experience in complex scientific based (mathematical physics) asset management firms public charity, RIA Asset Management, private equity regulations, Tier 2 and Tier 3 asset valuation, accounting, reporting and audit prep.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
• CFO experience with investment management experience as a CFO
• Systems used: QuickBooks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Adherence to client policies and procedures
• Team-oriented and client-focused approach
