What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, invoicing, and account receivables
• Oversee project schedules for multiple concurrent projects with clients
• Recruit, manage, and develop a growing team while providing leadership and coaching
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• At least 10 years of industry experience, particularly in civil, power delivery, and renewable markets
• Expertise in multiple remote sensing technologies
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
