Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Paramus office. The ideal candidate will have 8-9+ years of litigation in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters and be proficient in handling civil cases through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey, with licenses in New York and New Jersey a bonus (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 8-9+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in personal injury defense, and other insurance defense matters (Required)
