Complete managerial responsibility for the administration and operation of hotel. Coordinates daily operations of all hotel departments. Oversees operation of the Village Neighborhood Company and two HOAs. Interacts with corporate support departments. Assists efforts of Sales and Marketing and responsible for maintaining product and service quality to ensure profitable operation and high guest and employee satisfaction scores. Requirements:Four-year college level education in management or hospitality management preferred . to 8 years experience in various hospitality management positions. Extensive experience in financial management and budgeting. Extensive knowledge of management, operation, sales and marketing of hospitality industry.
