Maintains customer service standards. Manages the merchandise flow process to ensure merchandise is processed to company standards. Monitor the day-to-day activities of receiving and operational practices. Work with Store Manager to utilize complete productivity on the floor at all times. Full understanding of the Point of Sale system. Oversee the material receiving activities to ensure materials received are what was ordered, correct quantities, undamaged, etc. Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of pickups/deliveries of merchandise. Merchandises the floor in coordination with the appropriate levels of merchandise. Follow through with information to team members on new products or procedures. Interacts with customers for possible merchandising opportunities. In partnership with the Store Manager, orders for the Gift Shop on a daily basis. Follows and implements all emergency procedures.
