Position Overview
The Outpatient PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life through evidence-based treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as directed
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinic policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment

Education and Certification Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current California PTA licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
