Litigator Position

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. A well-established national defense firm is seeking a skilled litigator to take ownership of its Michigan docket. This role is fully remote, with periodic travel to Wayne County for hearings and appearances, making it an excellent fit for attorneys who want flexibility while still staying active in the courtroom. The ideal candidate has 4-8+ years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for those who have handled asbestos or toxic tort matters. You'll step into a steady, sophisticated caseload where roughly 90% of your work will involve asbestos litigation.

Role Highlights:

• Manage a robust Michigan docket with significant autonomy
• Fully remote setup with required travel for Wayne County court appearances
• Work with a nationally respected defense team and supportive litigation group

Position Details:

• Billables: 1,900 hours
• Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000
• Required: Active Michigan bar license
