Current locations include those across Colorado in Aspen, Snowmass, Denver, and Boulder (opened August 2025); Ketchum, Idaho; Mammoth, California (opened December 2025); and Charleston, South Carolina (coming in 2028).
The Lead Guest Service Agent is responsible for training newer team members and providing organized, up-to-date knowledge for Guest Service team members and guests. This role will act as the point of contact for staff and guest. This involves managing guest inquiries and assisting with the efficient operation of the guest services team. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.
The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour plus tips.

Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, see, hear, sit, drive a shuttle/car for extended periods of time; squat, kneel and bend Regularly work/drive in adverse weather conditions. Frequently drive in bright sunlight and at night. Exposure to noises that cause distraction and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
