This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout./liliWork directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates budget, work plan schedule milestones, quality control, and risk identification./liliDefine the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients./liliImplement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements./liliEnsure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated./liliDevelop the team responsible for project delivery by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals./liliDevelop strategies to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances./liliDemonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks./liliApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions./liliCoach others and share in-depth understanding of own job field and solid knowledge of several job fields within the function./liliLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
