THE ROLE

As a Light Mechanical & Electrical Repair Specialist, you will provide essential on-demand maintenance and repair services for robotic hardware. You will focus on component replacement and basic electrical diagnostics to keep systems operational.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Hardware Replacement: Efficiently replace mechanical and electronic components, including grippers, cables, and cameras.
2. Power Systems: Replace and test power modules for robotic units.
3. Electrical Diagnostics: Perform simple electrical checks and diagnostics to identify connectivity or power issues.
4. Component Maintenance: Handle basic repairs that do not involve complex PCB-level maintenance.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

1. Background: Experience in factory maintenance, equipment repair contracting, or as a service technician for EVs/machinery.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual repair and basic electrical troubleshooting.
3. Experience: Prior work as a maintenance technician for industrial equipment.
4. Language Proficiency: Strong command of English for technical coordination.
5. Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Familiarity with mechatronics and mechatronic repair standards.
2. Experience in a field service engineer (FSE) or field technician capacity.
3. Proven ability to execute repairs quickly on-site to minimize system downtime.
