The Position
CallRail seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our Attribution and Forms features. This domain is critical to providing marketers with the complete, multi-touch customer journey, spanning both calls and web forms.
In this pivotal role, you will define the vision and roadmap for how CallRail tracks and reports on the full marketing funnel, from first click to conversion, across all online and offline channels. You will own features that capture lead data through both existing and custom web forms, and accurately attribute those leads (along with calls) back to the precise marketing source (e.g., SEO, PPC keyword, social).
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience working with marketing analytics, multi-touch attribution models, and data visualization. They'll be passionate about transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights for customers. They will have strong communication skills and experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Business Intelligence, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver a unified, comprehensive view of marketing performance. You will be responsible for setting the product direction and managing the entire lifecycle of our core lead attribution tools.
