About:

Our Client is seeking an associate (3-6 years of experience) to join its growing, nationally ranked, and top ranked Chambers USA, Labor and Employment Group. The associate will work with our regional, national, and multinational clients.

Qualifications include:

• The ideal candidate will have three to six years of employment and labor practice experience including:
• Litigation
• E-discovery
• Compliance
• Experience advising and counseling clients concerning the myriad of workplace issues.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with drafting pleadings/motions, demonstrated initiative and good judgment, technical proficiency, practical skills, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
• The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative, cross-office team environment.
• Admission to practice law in Ohio
