AI Agentic Engineer
Location : Remote or West Palm Beach, FL
Salary : $150,000-$180,000 + Annual Bonus Opportunity

Summary:
My client is seeking an experienced and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents that enhance both online and phone-based interactions across sales and customer service channels. This role also involves building internal tools and partner-facing dashboards for analytics and operational insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI agents for customer support and sales across web and phone channels
• Develop internal and external dashboards and data tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
• Ensure delivery of high-quality code, meeting project timelines with minimal oversight

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in Node.js and Python
• Experience in prompt engineering using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.)
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen)
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and Linux environments
• Ability to work independently, estimate project timelines, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with senior leaders, vendors, and VIPs

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL Server
• Knowledge of vector databases
• Twilio integration (voice and messaging)
• Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text technologies
• Experience training custom models and building ETL pipelines
• Background in hospitality, travel, or events industries

Other Requirements:

• Successful completion of a basic criminal background check
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal), with strong business email writing skills
