Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Appointment Setter
Location: Fully Remote (with travel to Salem, NH office 1-2 times per month for meetings)
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $20-$28 per hour, based on experience
Additional Compensation: Commission opportunities available after training

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers - handling inbound and outbound communications, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales and service teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident communicating by phone, text, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and consistent communication across all customer interactions
  • Make outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, including customer needs, budget, timeline, and decision-maker status
  • Clearly and confidently explain basic products and services to prospective customers
  • Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives, consultants, or technicians
  • Accurately document interactions and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex questions or issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when needed
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
