TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including Commercial and/or Specialty Lines.
• Experience working on the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
• Proficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire configuration framework.
• Hands-on experience managing SBT for PolicyCenter
• Strong understanding of Guidewire's product model and P&C policy lifecycle.
• Experience with version control tools, CI/CD practices, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable PolicyCenter solutions.

• Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Specialist certification.
• Exposure to commercial rating engines and ISO bureau content.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance for commercial lines products.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
