Compensation Range: Up to $200/hr DOE

Role Overview:

We're seeking a strategic and execution-driven Partnership Marketing Manager to design and implement scalable partner marketing programs that drive enablement, activation, and pipeline growth. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and partnership teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain partner marketing assets and enablement resources
• Coordinate joint marketing activities (webinars, content, campaigns)
• Track and analyze partner metrics and ROI
• Manage systems like Salesforce and Zip for partner data and payments
• Support partner training and onboarding
• Drive alignment on partner strategy across teams

• 5-10+ years in partner/channel/alliance marketing
• Expertise in partner marketing concepts and channel dynamics
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools
• Strong organization and project management across multiple programs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration/project tools
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking

• Experience in AI/ML or enterprise tech
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of PRM systems and ABM strategies
• Experience with developer ecosystems and usage-based models
• Background in fast-paced startup environments
