Partner Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a personal book of business
• Collaborate with attorneys across different practice groups and jurisdictions
• Utilize firm resources, including IT, marketing, and administrative support
• Participate in practice group meetings and firm-wide networking opportunities
• Engage in business development to expand client base
• Work with associates, counsel, and paralegals for case management
• Maintain responsiveness to clients and colleagues
• Adhere to firm policies and professional standards

• Portable book of business
• Minimum of 7-8 years of legal experience
• Admitted to the bar in the state of residence
• Strong business acumen and client relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage financial risk
• Willingness to collaborate in a remote work environment
• Experience handling cases where clients are businesses or business owners
