All about the role:
This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing transportation operations across carrier partners, 3PLs, dedicated fleet assets, and cross-border activities to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant service. The position leads carrier performance management through structured governance, data-driven scorecards, and Quarterly Business Reviews, while building strong strategic relationships to drive accountability and continuous improvement. It collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to resolve service issues, improve end-to-end logistics performance, and support procurement and network optimization initiatives. The role balances operational execution with strategic analysis, focusing on service reliability, cost-to-serve optimization, and alignment with broader transportation and business objectives.
Where you'll be:
This position will be based in the HQ, Charlotte North Carolina. This role offers a Hybrid work schedule (60% work in the office and 40%remote).
