Compensation: $150K Base | Uncapped OTE (Top performers expected to exceed $500K)
The Opportunity: Leading a Market Disruption
We have been retained by a high-growth HealthTech/Fintech startup that is fundamentally redefining employee benefits for the multi-billion dollar Government Contracting (GovCon) industry. Their platform is the first of its kind to automate the complex "fringe benefit" requirements that GovCons face, utilizing a modern ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) model.
Our client has the technology, a $9M+ warm pipeline, and the high-level industry intros already in place. They are looking for a Sales Pro, a heavy hitter who understands the broker/HR ecosystem and can turn a massive backlog of interest into closed revenue.
