Position Overview
Adelman Travel is looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Client Success Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients of the organization by managing the company's business objectives. This is accomplished through promoting growth of existing business, process improvement plans and technologies, ensuring standard operating procedure are maintained, customer education and consultation, selling and implementing new products, maintaining positive account relationships, identifying, escalating and ensuring resolution of problems through collaboration with internal departments and ensuring follow through and resolution of service issues, and maximizing revenue as well as savings and cost cutting opportunities. Additionally, this role assists the sales department with bringing in new business as well as implementing that business.
