JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Temporary Third-Party Due Diligence Program Manager with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and leading comprehensive due diligence programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with a particular focus on third-party relationships. Experience with the FTI Comply system is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust third-party due diligence program to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the assessment and monitoring of third-party relationships to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate due diligence processes into broader compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Utilize the FTI Comply system to streamline due diligence processes and enhance program efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on due diligence best practices and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on due diligence activities and findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and leading third-party due diligence programs.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with the FTI Comply system is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
