Join our client's innovative and rapidly expanding team as their inaugural Software Project Manager. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a pivotalrole in establishing and refining project management processes. Your expertise will be key in guiding the development workflow, ensuring project timelines are met, and driving the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Framework Development: Establish and implement a robust project management framework that empowers software teams to effectively assess and tackle tasks.
• Collaboration with Technical Leads: Partner closely with technical team leads to ensure that new features and developments align with strategic objectives and are delivered efficiently within a weekly release cycle.
• Task Estimation and Scheduling: Accurately estimate and schedule tasks for software development teams, ensuring that timelines are realistic and achievable.
• Quality and Timeliness Assurance: Monitor ongoing software projects to ensure that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time, consistently contributing to the company's success.
• Long-Term Planning and Tracking: Oversee long-term project planning, time tracking, and schedule monitoring to keep projects on course.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.
• Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate resources to optimize project efficiency and mitigate risks that could impact delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in project management within a commercial software development environment, with a preference for experience in AI/ML
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience in both Scrum and Kanban
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear, concise, and effective messaging
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in enterprise software development

• Hands-on experience with data analysis projects
