Description:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems. Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Organize and store documents in digital and physical filing systems. Perform basic to intermediate calculations to support operational reporting. Prepare summary reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed. Verify calculation accuracy and ensure all reports meet required standards. Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and templates. Use formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering, and data validation to enhance reporting accuracy. Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc Excel reports for management. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications. Support team members with clerical tasks such as scanning, printing, and organizing documents. Maintain office supply inventory and assist with procurement tasks. Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
