Title: Product Designer
Location: Remote PST (Onsite MPK is a plus)
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $80 - $100
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Description:
As a Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills, and you will own the experience for a wide area of the product.

Job Responsibilities:

• Innovate on simple and intuitive consumer-grade enterprise experiences
• Uphold an exceptional craft bar, moving seamlessly from idea to execution on pixel-level details
• Leverage fast prototyping to demonstrate ideas and land alignment
• Strategic thinker and partner with other designers to create scalable solutions across the Family of Apps
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, content designers, and researchers to deliver the user experience from conception until launch

Must Have Skills:

• High craft with expert proficiency in Figma. This means they have a portfolio which shows modern simple and intuitive designs (high bar on quality)
• Strong prototyper (can be any prototyping tool)
• High output generator, able generate high amount of good designs within short time
• Past enterprise tooling experience and designs for web + mobile.

Nice to Have Skills

• An effective communicator and engaging storyteller, conveying complex ideas with clarity and precision
• Experienced at working with cross-functional partners and collaborating with other designers
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
