Oxford Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Category Merchandising Assistant for a hybrid contract role with our retail client. This position supports the online merchandising team by helping to drive and sustain one or more digital product categories.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tasks to support online category performance and presentation.
• Create and complete marketing collections, links, and category updates.
• Conduct collection facet reviews and complete online marketing requests.
• Manage pricing and promotional updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter and process reports, data, and other category-related information.
• Conduct competitive analysis and assist with special projects as directed by Category Merchandising leadership.
• Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule to support a positive customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and online systems or databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in eCommerce, retail, or online merchandising.
