Job description:
Software Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation:
Work collaboratively with Global Category Managers to develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies. Lead competitive bidding processes (RFx), negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and manage the contract lifecycle to secure optimal pricing, quality, and service levels.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Cost Reduction & Process Improvement:
Drive ongoing cost reduction initiatives and identify immediate, high-impact savings opportunities. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate value delivered.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, from individual contributors to senior leadership, to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Ensure continuity for critical software license renewals and support urgent business needs.
Contract Management:
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to renewal and termination, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting & Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
