Overview

We are seeking an Application Training & Support Assistant to provide administrative, training, and customer support to an Application Training & Support team. This role supports firm-wide technology training initiatives and end-user support by coordinating training programs, maintaining learning resources, and assisting with technology rollouts and user adoption. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering a positive and professional user experience.

This position may be based in a U.S. office or approved for fully remote work within a firm-approved U.S. state.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and publish the monthly technology training calendar and course descriptions.

  • Coordinate and support virtual and in-person training sessions, including webinar setup, meeting links, room preparation, communications, session monitoring, and participant support.

  • Distribute onboarding and instructional communications to new hires regarding training resources and technology tools.

  • Manage shared IT mailboxes to ensure timely responses and resolution of training and support inquiries.

  • Maintain and update the IT on-call escalation schedule.

  • Track, manage, and distribute training manuals, handouts, and classroom materials as needed.

  • Distribute post-training evaluations, collect feedback, and assist with reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of training room equipment and schedule training room usage for other departments.

  • Assist in creating, formatting, and maintaining training materials using firm-approved templates and standards.

  • Support the development of manuals, quick reference guides, and online documentation for firm systems and applications.

  • Participate in a train-the-trainer program by observing and supporting instructor-led training sessions.

  • Progressively co-facilitate and independently deliver training classes as proficiency develops.

  • Provide floor support during system rollouts, upgrades, and major technology changes.

  • Deliver high-quality end-user support by promptly claiming, tracking, and resolving Help Desk tickets.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a training, technology, or professional services environment.

  • Prior law firm experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to groups of varying sizes.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

  • Proven discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and client service skills.

  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,200 to $63,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, education, location.
