Senior .NET Developer - Harrisburg, PA

Position Description:

Seeking for a Senior .NET Developer to assist in designing and developing the new Unified Crash System. Collaborate under the guidance of the Technical Lead and Application Architect to implement system features using cutting-edge technologies like Angular, Java, Spring Boot and GIS.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Front-End Frameworks & UI Technologies: Angular (preferably Angular 14 or higher), Responsive UI design with Material Design libraries
• Back-End Development: Java with Spring Boot (Microservices architecture), RESTful APIs design and integration, GIS integrations and spatial data handling
• Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Jasmine, and Karma
• Data & Reporting: Power BI dashboards, PostGIS, PostgreSQL
• Cloud & DevOps (Azure-Focused): Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure API Management, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, Docker
• Tools & Environments: ArcGIS Online (AGOL), ArcGIS Extension plugin for WebEOC, VS Code or Eclipse, Git / Azure Repos
• Experience with the Esri ArcGIS Maps API/SDK for Javascript
• Knowledge of ArcPro/ArcObjects, GeoEvent Processor, Velocity, Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Server and ArcGIS Online/Hub/Community as an Administrator
• Experience in designing/developing geocodes and geoprocessing services
• Knowledge of Esri ArcSDE and multi-user versioning
• Knowledge of linear referencing systems/methods, Esri Roads and Highways, Oracle Locator/Spatial
• Knowledge of responsiveness and mobile-first development
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and SOLID principles
• Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion, including Section 508, ADA, and WCAG 2.1 requirements
• Experience designing for platform technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android)
• Experience applying WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices
• Experience optimizing for accessibility features on platforms (HTML, iOS, Android)
• Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards
