Job Description:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Works with HR Centers of Expertise, vendors and/or IT to design, implement and maintain core human resource technologies. Combines Human Resource and specialized system knowledge to recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new features for systems. Provides analysis and consultation related to programs, policies and practices that obtain, record, and process worker information or HR support related data. Analyzes technology capabilities to produce information used to maximize and sustain workforce productivity and effectively deliver HR support to the global organization. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects - from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. Exercises considerable latitude in determining deliverables of assignments, with limited oversight from manager . Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level specialists. May manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area. Develops solutions to moderately complex problems, and/or makes moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products independently to enhance performance of job area. Implements solutions to problems. Communication and Influence: Represents organization as a primary contact for specific projects and initiatives; communicates with internal and external customers and vendors at various levels . May negotiate with others to reach understanding or agreement, and influence decision-making. Leadership and Talent Management: Typically provides guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. Typically manages major / moderately complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products, at times acting as a team leader. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. ยง 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
Proficient Workday Advanced Comp experience along with Strong Workday Time Tracking and calc field knowledge

Allowance Project Support
Inactivate allowances
Setup new Allowance Plans
Setup Eligibility
Determine any workers who fall out of the eligibility and hand over to the allowance team to solve for.
Load allowance plans to worker to connect to new allowance plans
Build high level test scripts to hand off to the allowance project team who will add localized test scripts
Adjust any config based on testing results
Work with the HRIT team to OX over config to Sandbox and Prod once approved to move to Production.

TTC add Sales for EMEA and LatAm
GC New Compensation Plans to remove frequency override exception
General day-to-day support as needed
Potential support for an Advanced Comp implementation project starting in early 2026
Workday Time Tracking Resource (estimated avg 10-15 hrs/week):
Japan WDTT Implementation
Support finalization of project (UAT is wrapping up and expected to have the green light to move to Production)
Work with the HRIT team to OX over config to Sandbox and Prod once approved to move to Production. (The hope is the departing employee puts the OX package outline together in Excel for easy preparation). The config is well documented. Confirm move of configuration and connection points and support go-live and hypercare phases.
Potential to support a WDTT fit-gap assessment
We typically perform a fit-gap assessment prior to implementing a given country to ensure the WDTT functionality will meet the country needs.
