The Festival Event Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all site-related logistics for large-scale outdoor events, including planning, execution, and closeout. This role manages site operations, on-site teams, and vendors while serving as a key point of contact with clients and department heads. The Site Operations Manager ensures clear communication of project status, coordinates site team and vendor schedules and crew calls, tracks deliverables, and supports a safe, efficient, and well-executed event site.
