Job Title: Certified Family Partner (CFP) - Youth Crisis Outreach Team
Location: Brazoria and Galveston Counties
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary:
The Certified Family Partner (CFP) is a vital member of the Youth Crisis Outreach Team, providing peer-based family support, advocacy, and engagement to youth experiencing behavioral health crises and their caregivers. Drawing from lived experience as a caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs, the CFP supports families during high-stress situations, helps them navigate systems of care, and promotes family voice, choice, and resilience throughout the crisis response and stabilization process.
