Our client is seeking an Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, strategy, and hands-on problem-solving. In this role, you will be more than a point of contact; you will be a dedicated advocate for our pharmacy partners and a strategic liaison for our Sales team. Must be flexible to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Candidates must have a background in Sales and Healthcare to be considered for this role.
salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advocate and liaison between customers and the client health organization.
- Manage 15-40 daily high-touch interactions (calls/live chats) from pharmacies and Sales, ensuring professional, empathetic, and non-scripted support.
- Monitor and route intake forms while maintaining high standards for department SOPs and SLAs.
- Lead new customer orientation calls and take an active leadership role in daily huddles (camera enabled) and cross-departmental strategy meetings.
- Apply analytical abilities to differentiate between Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, resolving immediate needs while providing detailed context for escalations.
- Identify and track customer "pain points" to implement processes that improve the overall customer experience.
- 1-3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within Managed Care, reimbursement, or in-store pharmacy environments.
