A Bay Area based Private Equity firm is seeking a Fund Controller Consultant to assist with Q1 close and audit tasks. This is a part-time position, allowing remote work for approximately 15-20 hours per week over a contract duration of 3-4 months. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably from a VC or PE firm, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in Big 4 Audit/Public Accounting is advantageous.
