JOB DETAILS SALARY: $225,000 - $435,000 per annum DOE WORK TYPE: Permanent WORK PATTERN: Full Time LOCATION: LA JOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include: Oversee all equity and debt capital market transactions, including those that make headlines, such as some of the "largest-ever" and first-of-the-kind deals. Work on all conventional capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on equity issues, block trades, "at the market" offers, investment grade debt, convertible debt, high-yield debt, and private placements and investments. Organize and carry out complex and unconventional capital markets operations, such as exchange offers, consent requests, rights issues, spin-offs, recapitalizations, restructurings, and other specialized transactions; Develop connections with investment banks, private equity firms, REITs, and a wide variety of public and private businesses of all kinds. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: Capital Markets experience for law firm of similar size 2+ years experience minimum. Living in or willing to relocate to LA. Licensed to practice law in California.
